John Rosanbalm - CEO
About John Rosanbalm
John Rosanbalm was born February of 1950 to Gene and Mary Rosanbalm in Camp Campbell,
Kentucky while his dad was serving in the army. Following in his father’s path but to
his own tune, John joined the Marine Corps the fall of 1967 and spent two years in
service of his country.
Family is everything to John!
John left the service as a corporal and Vietnam Vet. After the service, he joined an apprentice
program and then became a journeyman carpenter then on to being a master builder in Portland,
Oregon where he founded a family with Barbara Sue Anderson and they had two children Amy and
Matthew which both have blessed him with grandchildren.
After a broken ankle and the need of being off his feet he became an over the road truck driver
that spent his free time studying computers and how to program them to empower others.
John has always been building something and software building was second nature for him. He took
those skills and has been building software platforms for network marketers for over 25 years.
He has been consistently in the fore front utilizing the most modern and effective lead generating
technologies. John has been responsible for generating very large networking teams with predictive
dialers that have generated more than a billion dollars in sales. When email was the tool, he helped
Going Platinum develop in excess of 500,000 members.
Then came Cell Phone Toolbox with more than 50,000 members. As the Internet developed he changed his
methods and as an insider of the Just-2 program he grew sales from 0 to over 3 million dollars
within a year. He then set his sights on, honed and created the Internet lead generation systems
that took the Holy Tea Club and grew to become the Whole Wellness Club to sales of over a
million dollars monthly!
John met Richard Jones way back in 2003 and they became fast friends, he loved what Richard could do
with automating systems. They became business partners in 2004 and in 2017 John Came out of Retirement
to be the CEO of Actuated Marketing for Richard.
John brings a vast knowledge of how to use software systems to help businesses and how to make sure those
things do the best possible way to make them happy and keep them happy as well.

About Richard Jones
Richard Jones is from Stockton, California, he moved to Oklahoma when he was a teenager, where he met the love of his life and married her when he was 20
year of age. Richard Cherishes his Faith and his Family as the First thing he focuses on, however, he has a second love and that is his business.
Richard spends a lot of money, every day, on keeping up with the changing technologies that happen for marketing. From things that never pan out like Augmented Reality (Still a major future coming soon software system), to the ever changing
SEO and everything to do with Marketing. This allows Richard to keep the company going strong with amazing marketing abilities, knowing what would be a waste of money and what would be something
a business should do.
Richard attends regularly, every week, mastermind meeting with the forefront individuals in the marketing world, to make sure that the services offered by Actuated Marketing, are for sure something
that will work. On these mastermind meetings, strategies are discussed, and case studies reviewed, to learn the weaknesses, strengths and find out everything we can, so that we can implement them for businesses
in "Beta Testing" systems as well as fully operational systems.
Richard has a vision for Actuated Marketing, and that is for it to be a WIN-WIN-Win-Win-win-win... yes a win for all involved. Here is how his vision works and why he came up with it:
If a business finds a lot of success with marketing strategies, then they will stay part of the company, always paying their invoices, because they earn very good ROI's. When that business makes
great money, they WIN because they will have money to expand, thus able to create more jobs, plus hopefully, give raises to current employees, thus helping the community, because employees who make more
money can go spend more in living their life, and when they go spend more, the other businesses thrive too, so that means that our clients Win, their Employee's Win, their Communities Win, and that means
we win also, because now that business is sure to love our company, stick with it through thick and thin, and thus our employee's win, because they have security, the government wins because someone is paying
taxes, while the business can write-off what they spend on our services (talk to your CPA not us, we are not tax people), someone is paying taxes, so the government even wins. It is a Win for everyone.
So that leaves the Why...
When Richard was 16 he went to work for Pizza Hut, owned by a franchise (not corporate), and he seen first hand how the employees struggled to make ends meet, some had families and had to work multiple jobs,
thus hurting their family, they were tired and struggles to make everything work, always juggling their time, attention and everything in between.
Richards late father was a plumber by trade, and when he moved to Oklahoma to be near his two sons, he started plumbing in Oklahoma this time...
When Rick (Richard's dad) seen how all the businesses had that same problem, he taught Richard a valuable lesson.
Richard was 17 years old, when Rick sat him down and asked to see his check stub from Pizza Hut. It was for 80 hours of work (2 weeks), and barely $239.00 (after taxes).
Rick said to Richard, "Son, let me ask you a question... How much of this money could you spend in the community, eating out, having fun,
buying things you'd like to have?" Of course, Richard said 'none', because his truck payment was more than the 2 weeks of pay he had in his hand, so Rick gave Richard
a valuable lesson, (which is ultimately responsible for forming THIS company), he said, "Son, let me tell you something, Pizza Hut is making their money, the Franchise
is making their money, but they either are too greedy to pay more, or they don't make enough, so they don't PAY enough, and when they don't pay enough, their employee's cannot live
enough, and when their employees cannot live enough, they cannot go spend money in their living, thus all the other businesses suffer,
because all of them are lacking in funds as well, because businesses like Pizza Hut are not paying enough, so it holds the WHOLE Community DOWN.", he continued, "So, Rich, don't work for others, when you can get away
from doing so... you need to start a business, and pay as much as you can, not as little as you can... and make it a business where people must have what you do, like Real Estate, or
Groceries, because people have to eat and they need a roof over their head. And Rich, take care of your people, and they will take care of you, I guarantee it."
Thus, Richard was confused. How can one business make that kind of a difference?
And the idea for a marketing agency was born, right there at age 17 (year: 1991). Richard started spending hours, every day, at least 1 to 2 hours before he'd go to sleep, studying, learning, educating himself.
Weeks went by, months, then a few years...
That is why he started building websites in 1997, because even in those very early days, it was clear, a business would eventually NEED to be online, or they'd eventually go out of business.
They needed hosting, to be online. They still do, the first place a website is seen, is ONLINE, LOL.
SO the base product of Actuated Marketing, AMLocal.TV, U.S. Mobile Helpers, and everything part of Richard Jones, starts with Web Hosting.
and that does not even begin to describe what a business needs...
Some needs are offline, but most are ONLINE.
